Gaming Attendants play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by greeting guests, addressing guest issues and concerns related to our HRM machines, and verifying and performing jackpot payouts with the assistance of security and cage personnel.

It’s the icing on the cake if you have:

• Prior gaming experience.

Some details of what you will do:

• Provide a fun and exciting gaming experience for our guests.
• Witness and verify gaming jackpots.
• Perform jackpot payouts.
• Perform minor machine repairs and paper fills as necessary, reporting more major repairs to the Gaming Technician on duty.
• Assist in performing E-Drops as necessary.

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
