• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program
• Current NBCOT certification
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Kentucky
• Strong clinical skills, powerful presence, and the flexibility to think like a clinician and a kid
• A track record (or dream) of turning challenges into victories—sensory, behavioral, or motor
