We are looking for compassionate and dependable care attendants to provide personal care and support to clients in their homes. Personal Care Attendants play an essential role in helping clients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence while ensuring families feel confident in the quality of care provided.

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as needed
• Follow individualized care plans and report any changes in client condition
• Document daily activities and maintain accurate care notes

• Minimum 1 year of professional or personal care giving experience (CNA, HHA, or PCA preferred but not required)
• CPR and First Aid Certification (required)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
• Ability to follow care plans and company policies
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members
