Occupational Therapist – Home Health PRN | Paid Mileage Coverage Area:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current OT license in the state of Ohio
- NBCOT certified or eligible
- 2–4 years of experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
