The Load Out Operator uses heavy equipment to load outbound trucks with finished product and ensures a steady flow of material for processing.

• Operate yard and plant equipment to load materials, maintaining raw material mixture at proper moisture content.
• Maintain contact with operators to ensure the most efficient drying rate.
• Perform daily maintenance on the loader before each shift.
• Wash plant equipment, vehicles, and processing areas as necessary using a high‑pressure power washer.
• Perform general cleaning as needed in work areas.
• Keep the area clean and keep raw materials piled away from the driving area.
• Maintain safety as a top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.
• Review and evaluate qualitative data reports to verify that product meets company specifications.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in loader operations within a production environment.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed.

• Experience working in a rendering operation.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Good oral and written communication skills; able to follow directions.
• Ability to review and understand qualitative data reports.
• Ability to address minor equipment or situational problems.
