$15.00/hr – $17.50/hr

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on the assigned cash register and provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Deliver customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
• Assist with item recommendations for sale and trade‑ups.
• Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, well merchandised, and maintain inventory records.
• Implement company asset‑protection procedures.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws for regulated products.
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and superstructures.
• Assist with separation of food items and product placement as per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of store systems and equipment.
• Handle web pick‑up responsibilities for orders in Picture Care Plus.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure a clean, neat, orderly store condition.
• Comply with all company policies and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Complete special assignments and tasks as assigned.

• Attend training and complete PPLs as requested by the manager or assigned by corporate.

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
