Location:

Henderson, KY area (as needed/on-call). Pay: $15.50/hr, paid weekly.

Hiring immediately for Flex Security Officers. Minimum 20 hours a week (500 hours per year) after six months of service for eligibility to participate in 401(k) with employer match up to 8%.

The Flex Officer provides trained, competent support by working shifts that open due to illness, call‑offs, weather, vacation, or other causes.

Duties include:

• Work at various posts and facilities based on operational need.
• Maintain flexible schedule; be available to accept shifts as they become available.
• Attend training at different posts; read and follow Post Orders and SOP.
• Be ready for short‑notice call‑ins and cover at least 80% of requested shifts.
• Prepare reports and document incidents.

• 1+ years of security, military, and/or law enforcement experience preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Prior truck gate experience preferred.
• Exceptional report‑writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
