- Fluent in English
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
- Ability to lift 100 lbs frequently
- Desire to continually learn new things
- 1+ years’ experience in finish carpentry
- Additional 1+ years’ experience in rough carpentry preferred
- Extensive knowledge of power tools, including skill saw, miter saw and jigsaw
- Possession of basic hand tools and reliable transportation to job sites
- Knowledge of lumber grades and counter top materials
- Frame room additions as needed for client
- Select and evaluate materials for defects
- Install cabinets, counters and molding
- Follow all code requirements
- High attention to detail
- Skilled in all areas of rough carpentry & finish carpentry
- Perform mitigation services as necessary during catastrophe situations
- Work safely and efficiently at all times as an individual and as a team
- Any certification is a plus but not required
