• Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
• Ability to lift 100 lbs frequently
• Desire to continually learn new things

• 1+ years’ experience in finish carpentry
• Additional 1+ years’ experience in rough carpentry preferred
• Extensive knowledge of power tools, including skill saw, miter saw and jigsaw
• Possession of basic hand tools and reliable transportation to job sites
• Knowledge of lumber grades and counter top materials
• Frame room additions as needed for client
• Select and evaluate materials for defects
• Install cabinets, counters and molding
• Follow all code requirements
• High attention to detail
• Skilled in all areas of rough carpentry & finish carpentry
• Perform mitigation services as necessary during catastrophe situations
• Work safely and efficiently at all times as an individual and as a team
• Any certification is a plus but not required
