Piazza Produce, a Fresh Edge LLC company, hires Non‑CDL Regional Home Daily Box Truck Reefer Drivers in Henderson, KY. We offer a wide array of produce, locally sourced goods, specialty items, and more. We deliver to over 150 surrounding cities including Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, Tennessee, and Michigan. Our fleet includes refrigerated, GPS‑tracked trucks, making us a great option for dry or perishable loads.

• Average annual earnings: $51,500+
• Base rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour with 50+ average hours per week
• Scheduled annual increases
• Overtime paid after 40 hours per week

• Sign‑on bonus: $3,000 net in three payments of $1,000 at 30, 60, and 90 days

• Home daily
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Saturday (5-6 days per week)
• Work every Saturday, off every Sunday, and one additional off day during the week
• Shift: 8‑12 hour shifts, starting at 5:00 a.m. (until work is done)
• Deliver to over 150 cities in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky
• Routes: 15‑25 stops per day, 300+ cases per day (up/downstairs at some locations)
• Level of touch: touch freight, load & unload
• Must lift, push, pull 50 lbs without assistance; use pallet jacks, 2‑wheel dolly & phone scanner

• Non‑CDL box truck (full‑service lease)
• All trucks are automatic and refrigerated

• At least 21 years old
• Eligible operator driver with a standard CDL D license or greater (no endorsement required)
• Drivers with CDL A, B, or C are encouraged to apply for other opportunities
• One year of commercial driving experience preferred (not required)
• No DUI/DWI convictions
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years and proven safe PSP score
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in the past 3 years
• Meets DOT testing and physical requirements; knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Passes pre‑employment drug screen
• Can work in all environments and under difficult conditions (hot, cold, dust, indoors/outdoors)
• Lives within 40‑mile radius of Henderson, KY, or willing to relocate
