Warehouse Associate--2nd Shift (Tech Plant)

We’re looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift) to help keep our shipping and inventory operations running smoothly. In this hands‑on role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive the right products on time, every time.

What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you will:

• Move materials and finished product using hands, hand trucks, or forklifts
• Load and unload parts, packaging, dunnage, and materials to proper locations
• Prepare outgoing shipments and verify parts, quantities, and paperwork (BOLs)
• Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures
• Package product to customer requirements (banding, stretch wrap, pallet verification, labels, weight counts, etc.)
• Pull material accurately using pick lists and report shortages or discrepancies
• Perform scheduled physical inventory counts
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Communicate issues such as damaged material, inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, or equipment needs
• Support on‑time deliveries and carrier schedules
• Participate in problem‑solving and continuous improvement activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of forklift experience
• Basic computer skills (Windows‑based systems, RF scanners, scales, and warehouse software)
• Willingness to become licensed on required powered industrial equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to meet physical and environmental job requirements
• 2nd shift, hourly position
• Overtime as needed
