Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Schedule maintenance technicians for daily work per processes in place
  • Notifying tenants when work is scheduled to be done at their properties
  • Organize key pick-up for scheduled vendors and new Tenants
  • Review completed work orders for Billing
  • Reviewing incoming Vendor Invoices for approval
  • Review incoming technicians receipts for payment processing
  • Process incoming tenant requests for new Work Orders
  • Sending out and monitoring all customer surveys for the maintenance department
Qualifications and Skills
  • Must have 1–2 years of experience in performing scheduling tasks
  • Knowledge of building maintenance and maintenance processes
  • Fast learner, incredibly organized, and detail oriented
  • Able to meet deadlines as expected
  • Strong, effective, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Experience working with Appfolio is a bonus
