A fast-paced personal injury law firm in Henderson is seeking an experienced Disbursement Clerk to support settlement processes and ensure accurate resolution of health insurance liens. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, deadline-driven environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and client service.

As a Disbursement Clerk, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating with insurance companies, medical providers, and lien holders, while preparing settlement disbursements and ensuring compliance with all requirements.

• Communicate extensively with insurance companies, medical providers, and lien holders regarding lien and balance verifications, reduction requests, and subrogation matters
• Prepare and organize settlement disbursement documents and supporting materials
• Handle resolution of health insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid liens
• Maintain accurate case notes, documentation, and status updates in the firm’s system
• Manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively
• Provide clerical and administrative support as needed to ensure smooth case flow

• At least 2 years of experience in a law firm (personal injury preferred)
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel (including formulas), Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with Filevine or similar legal case management software (preferred)
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Professional written and verbal communication abilities
• Self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Team-oriented and flexible, including availability outside regular hours when needed
• Commitment to providing excellent client service with professionalism and empathy
