Core Purpose

To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners while nurturing a safe and engaging environment for children ages one to twelve.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Kids Club facility, ensuring a safe environment for children ages one to twelve.
  • Supervise children's activities and enforce safety protocols.
  • Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and maintaining the Kids Club staff.
  • Manage reservations, parent communication, and staffing ratios during operating hours.
  • Coordinate with Assistant Kids Club Manager on team goals, daily and weekly tasks.
  • Implement emergency procedures, first‑aid protocols, and evacuation plans.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records, licensing compliance, and hygiene standards.
  • Develop age‑appropriate activities, games, and crafts.
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and guardians.
  • Support front‑desk and gym operations when children are not present.
Qualifications
  • 1‑2 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.
  • Knowledge of child development principles, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organization and record‑keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Alignment with EōS Fitness Core Values.
Requirements
  • Successfully pass background check.
  • CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to work in a gym setting and lift more than 40 lbs.
  • Computer proficiency for data entry and report preparation.
NV Requirements
  • FBI fingerprints, TB test, and First Aid certification within the required time frames.
Eligible Compensation
  • Tenure Pay.
Hourly Pay Range

$15—$16 USD.
