Kids Club Associate

Responsibilities- Ensure a safe environment for children aged two to twelve years old.
- Supervise children’s activities and enforce safety protocols.
- Manage reservations and child agreements, communicating efficiently with parents.
- Support daily and weekly tasks to keep team operations running smoothly.
- Implement emergency procedures, including evacuation plans and first aid protocols.
- Develop age‑appropriate activities, games, and crafts for the Kids Club.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the Kids Club facility and the entire gym.
- Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians, addressing inquiries promptly.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and gym management regarding Kids Club policies.
- Foster positive relationships with members and create a welcoming atmosphere in the Kids Club.
- Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.
- Knowledge of child development principles, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements for childcare facilities.
- Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Detail‑oriented, systematic problem‑solving approach, and excellent time‑management and record‑keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Alignment with EōS Fitness Core Values.
- Must successfully pass background check.
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms.
- Ability to access and operate the Company computer system.
- Ability to bend routinely and lift more than 40 lbs.

First Aid and FBI Fingerprints (Sheriff’s Card or Consent and release forms) and Negative TB Test Confirmation.
