Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee a building development project, coordinating multiple contractors and ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment and can confidently manage day‑to‑day site activities.

• Coordinate and supervise contractors across disciplines including earthworks, fencing, plumbing, electrical, civil trades and more.
• Oversee daily site operations to ensure works are completed safely, on schedule and to specification.
• Conduct site inspections, manage quality standards and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor program progress, update project documentation and report to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, company policies and relevant standards.
• Manage materials, equipment, deliveries and subcontractor scheduling.
• Maintain a clean, organised and compliant worksite.

• Previous supervisory experience delivering building or development projects of similar size and complexity.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and coordination of multi‑discipline contractors.
• A proactive, solutions‑focused approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• Current driver’s licence and relevant construction industry certifications (e.g. White Card).

• Trade background or Certificate IV in Building & Construction.
• Exposure to civil, commercial, or residential development works.
• Experience coordinating short‑term, fast‑paced projects.
