Production Artist - Packaging & Print

The Production Artist – Packaging & Print is responsible for the accurate, production-ready execution of packaging, labels, signage, and supporting print materials across the Pro Caps product portfolio. This is a hands-on production role requiring deep expertise in print production and prepress, along with strong graphic design fundamentals and the ability to make thoughtful layout, typography, and visual decisions within established creative direction.

This role takes approved creative and translates it across multiple products, SKUs, sizes, formats, and applications while maintaining brand consistency and technical accuracy. The Production Artist personally builds, revises, proofs, preflights, and releases files for production — ensuring artwork is visually polished and technically correct before it reaches printers, vendors, or manufacturing.

Success requires exceptional attention to detail, strong file and version-control discipline, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with frequent revisions and compressed timelines. The ideal candidate is a production artist with a designer’s eye: someone who enjoys detailed production work but also has the design judgment to solve routine layout and execution challenges independently.
