Dex Handyman Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Sales & Client Relations team in a hybrid role. This full‑time position plays a vital part in shaping our customer experience—from the first call to job completion. Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and respond to online service inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
Schedule service appointments, dispatch field teams, and coordinate calendars using CRM or scheduling tools.
Provide accurate and timely updates to customers throughout the service process.
Support invoicing and basic billing inquiries, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.
Track job progress and follow up with clients post‑service to ensure satisfaction.
Communicate with field staff to relay customer concerns, job updates, or schedule changes.
Manage client information with confidentiality and care, ensuring a smooth workflow from start to finish.
Represent Dex’s brand and values in every customer interaction—building trust and lasting relationships.
Qualifications2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a home services, construction, or trades environment.
High school diploma or GED required.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a sharp attention to detail.
Comfortable using scheduling, CRM, or invoicing software (experience with Service Titan or similar platforms is a plus).
Able to stay calm and solution‑focused when handling customer issues.
Positive, team‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
