PM front desk

Are you a dog lover with a knack for customer service? Camp Bow Wow Henderson, the premier dog daycare, boarding, and grooming facility, is looking for a reliable and energetic PM Front Desk to join our team. We’re all about creating a welcoming environment for pups, their parents, and our team members. If you’re passionate about pets and people, we’d love to hear from you!

As a PM Front Desk, you’ll be the friendly face and helping hand that ensures our customers (both two- and four-legged) have the best experience possible. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting pet parents and their furry friends with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
• Answering phone calls, emails, and handling inquiries with professionalism.
• Assisting with administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
• Collaborating with team members to create a safe and fun environment for our canine campers.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role or similar environment.
• The ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• A love for dogs and a desire to work in a pet-friendly atmosphere.
• The ability to lift 50+ lbs (because some of our campers are big and cuddly!).
• Reliability and a strong work ethic; be someone we can count on.
• Reliable transportation to ensure you’re always ready to jump in and make a difference.
• A positive attitude and the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
