Key Responsibilities:
- Present treatment plans clearly and compassionately to parents and caregivers
- Explain procedures, timelines, insurance benefits, and financial options
- Coordinate treatment scheduling to support efficient provider workflows
- Verify insurance benefits and assist families with coverage questions
- Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative teams
- Maintain accurate documentation in the practice management system
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k)

- Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred (pediatric experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of dental procedures, insurance, and treatment coordination
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with practice management software and basic computer skills
