Experience &

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present treatment plans clearly and compassionately to parents and caregivers
  • Explain procedures, timelines, insurance benefits, and financial options
  • Coordinate treatment scheduling to support efficient provider workflows
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist families with coverage questions
  • Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the practice management system
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred (pediatric experience a plus)
  • Strong understanding of dental procedures, insurance, and treatment coordination

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with practice management software and basic computer skills
