Facility:
This facility is part of Dignity Health's network featuring a 26-bed Level III NICU at the Siena Campus with an average daily census of 22 patients, and a 6-bed Level II NICU at the San Martin Campus with an average daily census of 3 patients. The medical center provides state-of-the-art neonatal care in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Job Details:

• Provide high-quality clinical care to newborns in a 26-bed Level III NICU at the Siena Campus and a 6-bed Level II NICU at the San Martin Campus
• Utilize advanced neonatal technologies including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
• Collaborate closely with pediatric subspecialists such as pediatric surgery, maternal-fetal medicine, and OB hospitalists
• Lead and participate in teaching initiatives and quality improvement projects
• Work alongside a highly skilled nursing team and ancillary staff in a supportive, collegial environment
• Engage in flexible scheduling designed to promote a healthy work/life balance
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Requires Nevada medical license or willingness to obtain one
• Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
• Position open to both experienced neonatologists and recent graduates who meet certification requirements
• Permanent, full-time position requiring residency in the immediate local area
• Coverage required as part of team approach with rotating weekends
