Elementary Teacher – Challenger School Foundation

Challenger School is seeking enthusiastic, intelligent individuals to join the elementary school teams at our Nevada campuses. As a teacher, you will teach individual responsibility, self‑confidence, and independence alongside grammar and math. Our classes are fast‑paced, fun, and built on a proven curriculum. Specific teaching degrees and certificates are not required; we will train you how to teach.

After completing our paid teacher‑training program, you will receive a classroom of your own. Candidates may be considered for specialized positions such as computer, P.E., or art teacher. If interested, indicate this in your cover letter.

• Thoroughly learn Challenger’s curriculum, teaching methods, and philosophy
• Maintain a safe and productive classroom environment
• Prepare lesson plans and teach daily classes
• Grade daily student homework assignments
• Consistently attend required training and teaching days
• Communicate regularly with parents and administrators on student progress
• Work patiently with students, parents, and coworkers

• 4‑year college bachelor’s degree or equivalent (can be close to completion at hire)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Completion of pre‑employment assessments
