Challenger School Foundation is seeking enthusiastic, energetic individuals to join our preschool teams at our Nevada campuses. As a preschool teacher, you will be the first experience a child has with school and provide the foundation for the rest of their education. Our classes are fast‑paced, fun, and follow a proven curriculum. You will start in a paid teacher training program, learn our unique curriculum and teaching styles, and after successful completion be given a classroom of your own to teach and manage.

This is a full‑time, 40‑hour per week position. We are currently hiring for our four locations in the Las Vegas/Henderson area.

• Desert Hills (Southwest) – 8175 W Badura Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89113
• Lone Mountain (Summerlin) – 9900 Isaac Newton Way, Las Vegas, NV 89129
• Los Prados (Centennial) – 5150 N Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89130
• Silverado (Green Valley) – 1725 E Serene Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123

• Thoroughly learn Challenger’s curriculum, teaching methods, and philosophy.
• Maintain a safe and productive classroom environment.
• Prepare lesson plans and teach daily preschool classes.
• Work patiently with students, parents, and coworkers.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Completion of pre‑employment assessments.
