Responsibilities- Lead high-profile projects like Brightline West High Speed Rail and Project Neon
- Shape the future of bridge engineering through mentorship, innovation, and strategic growth
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a culture that values creativity and camaraderie
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex bridge design projects
- Lead all phases of bridge design—from preliminary through final bid packages
- Provide engineering services during construction, including observation and reporting
- Develop Design-Build proposals and lead task orders under on-call contracts
- Deliver innovative solutions tailored to client, site, and project constraints
- Perform quality reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
- Coordinate with PMs, Design Leads, and Senior Engineers to meet project milestones
- Pursue new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships across the region
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams and manage complex bridge design projects
- Lead all phases of bridge design—preliminary through final bid packages
- Provide engineering services during construction, including observation and reporting
- Deliver innovative solutions tailored to client, site, and project constraints
- Develop Design-Build proposals and lead task orders under on-call contracts
- Perform quality reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
- Coordinate with PMs, Design Leads, and Senior Engineers to meet project milestones
- Pursue new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships across the region
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- PE license in Nevada (or ability to obtain via reciprocity)
- 15+ years of experience in bridge design and construction
- Expertise in multiple structure types: precast concrete, steel, widenings, rehabilitations
- Experience managing large, multidisciplinary bridge projects
- Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
- Deep knowledge of AASHTO LRFD, FHWA guidelines, and state-specific standards
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- 20+ years of experience with public sector and alternative delivery projects (DB, CM/GC, CMAR, P3)
- Existing relationships with Nevada DOT or similar agencies
- Experience leading design teams and contributing to strategic growth initiatives
This position will be open for at least 3 days.
