We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead projects and studies within our Henderson office.

• Act as Lead Process Engineer on projects or studies.
• Engage with clients to understand project requirements.
• Define scope and select technology.
• Conduct trade‑off studies to resolve options.
• Identify, scope, and manage process test work (on‑site or laboratory).
• Conduct capacity analysis for existing plants.
• Select and size equipment for projects, including development of specification sheets.
• Provide frequent training, guidance, and supervision to junior colleagues.
• Develop and supervise typical engineering deliverables (process design criteria, mass and heat balances, design of process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and process control logic).

• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering (M.S. or graduate‑level technical coursework preferred).
• 15 years of related experience since a bachelor’s degree, or 14 years since a master’s (typical incumbent has 20+ years).
• Strong persuasive ability, technical writing, and communication skills; proven through technical presentations, papers, and/or committee participation.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Solid knowledge of gold extraction and process.
• Ability to supervise all process deliverables.

Expected compensation range: between $110,700 and $184,500 annually, depending on skills, experience, and geographic location.
