We are looking for an entry‑level Instrumentation & Control (I &

C) Engineer excited to work on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ businesses. You’ll join multidisciplinary teams to design and optimize control systems for state‑of‑the‑art industrial and commercial facilities.

• Develop P&IDs, size valves, specify instrumentation, and document and model design information.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
• Account for the schedule and technical quality of engineering tasks.
• Provide on‑site assistance during startup and coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver complete, world‑class solutions for new facilities.
• Work within a highly collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team to produce control system designs for varied processes.

• Associate’s or Engineering Technology degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Working knowledge of Revit software (preferred).
• Engineer in Training (EIT) designation (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Forward‑thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute innovative ideas.
• Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Passion for buildings and construction.
• Prior experience with DDC and PLC‑based control systems.
• Experience with data‑center design or operations.
