Base pay range$61,100.00/yr – $84,000.00/yr
As a key member of our Advanced Manufacturing team, you’ll grow your skills and join a collaborative team providing award‑winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design‑build project delivery. You’ll work closely with clients and construction partners to develop design concepts, create models from scratch, and coordinate designs to consider existing conditions and other disciplines. You’ll convey structural requirements to the construction team through traditional 2D paper deliverables and/or BIM 3D Revit models.
You’ll also have the chance to provide leadership for a small project with a team of designers, establishing project standards, procedures, training, developing your team, and building and maintaining team morale. What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years of drafting/design experience in the structural field
- At least 1 year of Revit experience
- At least 3 years AutoCAD design experience
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- At least 2 years of Revit experience
- Experience working on traditional steel and concrete structures
- Experience leading a team of designers
- Experience with healthcare, institutional, or commercial buildings
- Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam
