Las Vegas - Henderson Service Center Manager

Overview

Sunrise Engineering is seeking a Civil Engineering Department Manager (Service Center Manager) to support our growing organization in the Las Vegas Metro office (Henderson, NV). The role offers strategic and operational support to service center managers throughout the organization.

• Plan, organize, and implement the activities of the service center, including:
• Business development and maintaining client relationships.
• Project management and production of deliverables.
• Personnel management, mentoring, and staff development.
• Operations oversight.
• Prepare proposals for new opportunities.
• Track and review key performance indicators for the department.
• Oversight of a variety of projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Valid Nevada P.E. License.
• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering projects, including water, sewer, grading/drainage, transportation, and land development.
• Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
• Ability to oversee a variety of project types for public and private clients.
• Strong business development skills.
• Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Highly organized with attention to project details (scope, schedule, budget).
• Commitment to company policies, safety plans, and project safety standards.
