**** Lerch Bates is seeking a Project Manager to join our Façade Access Group (FACG). In this role, you will support and manage projects involving façade access systems, building maintenance equipment (BMU), suspended access systems, davits, roof anchors, fall protection systems, and other building access solutions for new and existing buildings.
**** As a Project Manager, you will work closely with consultants, technical specialists, building owners, architects, developers, contractors, and facility managers to deliver consulting, design, inspection, certification, and project management services. You'll oversee multiple projects simultaneously while serving as a key point of contact for clients and project stakeholders, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

*** Project Management & Client Support
*** Manage multiple façade access and building maintenance equipment projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
* Coordinate project scope, schedules, deliverables, budgets, and client communication.
* Lead or participate in project meetings with clients, architects, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
* Proactively communicate project status, risks, recommendations, and schedule updates.
* Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
* Support business development efforts and contribute to the continued growth of the Façade Access Group.
** Technical Consulting & Design
*** Prepare technical reports, studies, and project documentation including Basis of Design reports, site survey reports, cost analyses, bid comparisons, certifications, and recommendations.
* Develop performance-based drawing packages and plans of service for façade access and building maintenance systems.
