Job Description

Reporting to the Sports book Manager, you will be the face of our retail operation. You will provide a high level of customer service to both regulars and novice bettors, ensuring everyone feels welcome and informed about our sports‑betting options. As an expert on our menu of wagering products, you will advise and answer customer questions to help them make responsible decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a top‑tier level of customer service that encourages repeat visits.
  • Adhere to all company rules and regulations set by the gaming control board.
  • Become familiar with our betting options and engage customers in informed conversations.
  • Resolve customer disputes or complaints and, when necessary, escalates them to a supervisor.
  • Collaborate positively with teammates and leadership.
  • Complete required paperwork/documentation in accordance with company policy and gaming control board standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Flexible availability.
  • Basic computer skills (email, MS Excel, internet, etc.).
  • Minimum 1 year of cash‑handling experience in a work setting.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to obtain a gaming license from the Gaming Control Board and other jurisdictions if required.
  • High level of customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Professional presentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic math proficiency.
  • Understanding of and commitment to all compliance requirements set by the company and Gaming Control Board.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift, pull or push up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to write for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to twist, bend, or reach with no significant limitations.
