Cost Controller

• Carry out cost studies and give cost advice at the design and construction stages
• Set up cost budgets and cost plans for building projects
• Monitor and report cost status at various development and construction stages
• Implement necessary controls in order to keep the final building costs within the budgets

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Professional qualification is preferred
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in project estimating (from preliminary estimate with limited information to detailed estimate for cost plan), cost planning and cost control for various size and nature of building projects
• Familiar with market price of building components and building products
• Good command of both written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC application
