We have a new opportunity for a Remote Licensed Retirement Planner in the Greater Metro Las Vegas area! The position is remote and requires that you reside within 90 miles of Greater Las Vegas. We offer virtual interviewing and onboarding, virtual training, and support.
Expertise We’re Looking For- Series 7 & Series 63 licenses required
- Series 66 required within 90 days of hire
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
- Knowledge of tax Exempt retirement products and services highly desirable
- Previous phone center experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer results
Retirement Planners play a critical role in driving customer loyalty so that our Tax Exempt retirement plan participants choose to become Fidelity customers for life. You will help workplace participants better understand and maximize their plan benefits, providing education and guidance to help them make informed decisions.

- Onboard new participants into their workplace plans by providing education on their company’s match and savings and guiding them in choosing their investment strategy
- Support consolidation inquiries by proactively asking participants about prior workplace plans and other outside investments and offering suitable solutions
- Actively engage Tax Exempt Market retirement plan participants in a needs-based analysis to identify appropriate solutions that complement and support their overall retirement plan
- Leverage guidance offering and appropriate tools to assist customers with their retirement readiness
- Apply consultative selling skills to customer interactions to identify suitable solutions and guidance while acquiring, retaining, and developing assets
- Understand and articulate Fidelity Viewpoints to provide general education to clients
- Identify opportunities to provide more complex guidance and partner with other Retirement Planner associates as appropriate
You’ll be creating awareness around retirement readiness and influencing customers to take action to improve their personal retirement situation. Your efforts increase cash flow through increased deferrals and drive crossover customers that create Personal & Workplace Investment flows.
