This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Henderson, NV for a Loan Officer Assistant. The Loan Officer Assistant will support Loan Officers by preparing financial documents, communicating with customers during the loan application process, assisting with underwriting preparations, and ensuring smooth coordination between team members. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and assisting in maintaining productive relationships with clients and partners.

• Experience in the mortgage industry and working alongside Loan Officers is essential
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build professional relationships
• Knowledge of underwriting and the ability to assist in preparing loan documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of relevant mortgage software systems is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in finance or real estate is beneficial
