Job Responsibilities Will Include
- Assists CFOs in annual operational budget preparation for market entities.
- Prepares and conducts departmental Monthly Operating Reviews.
- Conducts monthly financial statement and operational reviews, to ensure the accuracy and integrity, for market entities. The process is undertaken to ensure completeness and standardization is achieved.
- Revenue Cycle - Net Revenue to include Statistics, CDM Development, Revenue Daily Reconciliations, Various Payer Reimbursement, Contractuals/Discounts, DNFB/Unbilled and Cash Collection.
- Business Development participation includes the preparation of pro formas, as well as the completion of lookbacks to determine if the investment has produced the results expected.
- Manages various special projects as assigned by Market CFO, changes in financial reporting requirements, acquisitions, dispositions and various other requests.

- Five years plus progressive experience in a financial capacity at a health care facility. Experience working with Medical Records (HIM), Business Office, Materials Management and Accounting departments preferred.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Computer hardware/software skills required.
- Education Required:
Bachelors degree.
