We are looking to hire a highly trained Board‑Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) that is looking to make a difference in children’s and families lives while enjoying every minute of it!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $ per year

Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
  • Strong patient care skills and ability to conduct patient assessments
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
  • Prior experience in supervising and diagnostic evaluation
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and records
  • Ability to collect and analyze data for behavioral intervention
Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and caregivers.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
