What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
  • Execute territory sales strategies through both in-person and virtual communications
  • Identify and address opportunities and barriers to product success in the assigned territory
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resource management
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • BS/BA degree in science or a related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales performance
  • Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools such as  and Oracle
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record for frequent travel within the territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
  • Familiarity with specialty pharmacy distribution
  • Master’s degree in science or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proven ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
  • Strong project management abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
