Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

• 6–8-hour shifts
• Required 1 weekend shift
• Minimum 4 shifts per week

Responsibilities

• Customize massage services for each guest.
• Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, and Aromatherapy.
• Promote the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy
• Build relationships with your guests to help them meet their self-care goals
• Train and mentor massage therapists on protocols and service enhancements
• Support onboarding new massage therapists in the Retreat
• Set the standard for high-quality therapy and guest service through ongoing training and support of massage and skincare therapists.
• Uphold all Massage Heights standards of practice, policies, procedures, and protocols through training and professional behavior.
• Communication liaison between back-of-house staff and management
• Lead the massage team toward the achievement of retreat goals

Qualifications

• Current state license to perform massage therapy
• Must have liability insurance
• Pass background checks
• Capable of effectively performing full-body 50-minute/80 minute/110-minute massage services
• Excellent at guest communication
• Capable of training and mentoring individuals
• Proven leadership skills
