Through comprehensive consultations, clinical data interpretation, and collaborative planning, the RD supports patients in making sustainable changes aligned with their health goals.

This role includes facilitating initial and ongoing nutrition and lifestyle sessions, analyzing laboratory and metabolic data, and developing individualized plans that address dietary needs, physical activity, and behavior change strategies.
