This position offers an engaging opportunity for experienced Pharmacy Technicians with IV certification to support a specialty infusion pharmacy. The role focuses on home infusion services, requiring expertise in handling and preparing IV medications in a pharmacy setting.

Job Type: Contract
Schedule- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Accurately prepare and verify IV infusion medications according to established protocols
- Handle prescription orders for home infusion therapies, ensuring patient safety and compliance
- Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare teams to support medication management
- Maintain sterile techniques and follow all pharmacy regulations and quality standards
- Assist in inventory management and documentation related to infusion services
- Valid Pharmacy Technician certification with current IV Certification
- Proven experience in home infusion pharmacy settings
- Strong knowledge of sterile compounding and IV preparation
- Ability to follow detailed pharmacy protocols and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
This contract assignment is scheduled to last 13 weeks with potential for contract-to-hire based on performance and fit. Immediate availability is preferred to support this vital role.
