Alaska, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, Kansas, Alabama, Texas, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

• Travel within Ensign affiliated Skilled Nursing and Post‑Acute care facilities.
• Excellent benefits with paid CEUs and license fees for each state practicing as a Thera Trooper within Ensign affiliates.

• Effectively screen/evaluate patients within short‑term and long‑term rehab and opportunity for outpatient.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence‑based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients within short and long‑term settings.
• Administer a wide variety of interventions as part of the plan of care based upon individual patient needs.
• Assess patient’s progress and adjust treatments accordingly in the clinical record per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Communicate effectively with the One Clinical Team regarding patient progress and barriers.
• Provide comprehensive discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements.

Licensed Physical Therapist. This position is open to PTs at all experience levels.
