Mental Health Therapist Henderson, Nevada –Review

Provide evidence-based therapy for children, teens, and adults in clinic and community settings while coordinating care with behavior analysts and the broader treatment team.

Location: Henderson, Nevada - In person

Clinic: Henderson Clinic, 8915 S Pecos Rd, Suite 20A, Henderson, NV 89074

Pay: $65,000–$85,000 per year

Schedule: Full-time

Credentials: An active independent clinical license in Utah or Nevada is required, depending on the clinic location.

• Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Document sessions, treatment goals, and progress in the electronic health record.
• Coordinate with BCBAs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators on shared clients.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and quality reviews.
• Support crisis planning and warm handoffs when a client needs a higher level of care.

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
• Active independent clinical license in the state where you will practice.
• Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, or adults in outpatient settings.
• Strong documentation habits and comfort working in a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to pass required background checks and maintain confidentiality.
