Position: Behavior Technician (RBT) Priority Henderson, Nevada $22–$26/hour Review role

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA behavior technician role. Provide one-on-one behavioral support under BCBA supervision. You will help clients build communication, social, adaptive, and daily-living skills using individualized ABA treatment plans.

Location: Henderson, Nevada - In person

Clinic: Henderson Clinic, 8915 S Pecos Rd, Suite 20A, Henderson, NV 89074

Pay: $22-$26 per hour

Schedule: Full-time

Training: No RBT certification is required to apply. Crimson Heights provides paid training. Candidates without an active RBT credential may begin at a lower rate.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct ABA services in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.
  • Collect accurate session data and communicate progress or concerns promptly.
  • Support communication, social, self-help, and adaptive-skill programs.
  • Follow approved behavior-reduction protocols, privacy requirements, and professional standards.
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to pass required background checks and clearances.
  • Reliable transportation for travel between assigned client locations.
  • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
  • Experience supporting people with autism or behavioral needs is valued.
