Design, monitor, and improve behavioral treatment for clients with autism and related behavioral or social-communication needs, while supervising and developing the technicians who deliver that care. Supervise, coach, and train behavior technicians and functional skills specialists. Maintain data measurement, analysis, documentation, and reporting systems.
