You will travel to patient homes across the United States, support preventive care, health assessments, and care-gap activities, and document vital signs and test results in the EMR/EHR. The role is W-2, temporary/seasonal, non-exempt, with a pay rate of $35.00/hour and a schedule that typically runs 8 AM–5 PM; travel and extended assignments may occur with a 20-hour weekly pay guarantee if patient volume
