Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the new employee experience from offer to onboarding, ensuring smooth integration
- Coordinate and update organizational charts to reflect staffing changes
- Oversee HR systems and processes, maintaining accurate employee records and data integrity
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources support role
- Biotech / pharmaceutical industry experience is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work remotely or with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with HRMS and ATS programs
