We’re seeking a skilled developer to join our team in a production support role, maintaining and enhancing our existing web application. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who enjoys problem‑solving, working directly with user‑reported issues, and making an immediate impact on system reliability and user experience.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues reported by end users in our live production environment.
• Use strong analytical skills to diagnose complex technical problems across our full‑stack application.
• Implement timely solutions to critical production issues (bug fixes & hotfixes).
• Contribute to feature development and system improvements as time and priorities allow.
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and system knowledge.
• Work with support team to communicate technical solutions and timelines to end users.

  :
  Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript/ES6+.
• Backend
  :
  Proficiency in .NET 8.
• Database
  :
  Solid experience with MySQL, including query optimization and troubleshooting.
• Debugging
  :
  Excellent debugging skills across the full technology stack.
• Version Control
  :
  Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

• 5+ years of experience in web application development and support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven track record in production support.
• Experience investigating and resolving user‑reported issues.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple issues effectively.
• Knowledge of application monitoring and logging tools.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of web application security best practices.
• Experience with (or willingness to learn) MERN stack (Mongo
  
  DB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and Type Script.
• Background in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Work is generally performed within an indoor office environment utilizing standard office equipment.
• General office environment requiring frequent sitting; dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and mouse; walking and standing for long periods of time; and lifting of less than 20 pounds.
