Title: Sr. ERP Developer (People Soft, HCM, FCM)
Location: Hendersen, Las Vegas
Duration: 6 Month Contract (Likely to be extended)
Compensation: $75-82hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. (No C2C)

• Provide day-to-day support of the client's HCM and FCM People Soft applications and customizations.
• Develop and maintain People Soft application functionality— including analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
• Provide weekly status updates on assigned tasks and support tickets.

• Four (4) years of experience in design, implementation, and support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.
• Experience working with PL/SQL tools and People Tools, including Application Designer, query development, BI Publisher, and SQR/SQC.

• Knowledge of ERP system principles
• ERP system administration
• ERP database structure, installation, design, access, extraction, storage, security, and recovery procedures
• Problem identification, tracking, and vendor support
• Database, application, and server systems analysis
• Understanding of functional connections and integration touch points within and between ERP systems
• Business process mapping
• Principles of finance and human resource management processes
• Data collection and classification procedures
• Notification processes
• Automated governmental security requirements
• Leadership, project management, training, and general business administration
• Understanding of federal, state, and local confidentiality regulations

• On-site
• Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM PST
• 38-hour work week (9.5 hours/day with a 0.5-hour unpaid lunch = 10-hour workdays)
• Must pass a criminal background check (including Live Scan) before starting typically takes 3-6 weeks.
