Civmec is seeking a talented Data Analyst to play a key role in supporting program-wide digital integration, reporting, and automation across a complex defence shipbuilding environment. This is your chance to turn complex data into actionable insights, ensure seamless system integration, and help drive critical decisions across the program.

• Develop and maintain automated scripts, interfaces, and data pipelines to improve workflow efficiency and data accuracy.
• Design and deliver dashboards and reports that provide insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understand and document business processes to ensure data solutions align with operational needs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system integrations, scheduled tasks, and data flows across multiple platforms.
• Support data quality, integrity, and interoperability across the program.
• Contribute to digital strategy development and implement practical interim solutions.

• Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in scripting, SQL, Python, and data visualization (Power BI, Excel).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, complex system environments.
