Bound
AI + OIP Insur Tech sits at a powerful intersection:
- AI-native insurance workflows (Bound
AI – risk clearance, document intelligence, underwriting ops) - System integration + core platform expertise and managed services (Insurity, BindHQ, AIM, and more)
We live inside our clients’ operations and their tech stacks. Now we want someone to own the entire ecosystem around us – core platforms, insurtechs, MGAs, and Carriers, and turn it into a repeatable, multi-million-dollar growth machine.
What We’re Looking For- Design and own our global partner map across core platforms (Insurity, BindHQ, ALIS, AIM, etc.), underwriting workbenches, rating engines, AI, and automation players. Decide who matters, in what order, and why.
- Turn “we integrate with X” into “we are the preferred AI + services partner for X”.
- Create tiered partner programs (Tech / SI / BPO / AI) with clear incentives, referral/reseller / revenue-share structures, joint packaging (Bound
AI modules + OIP services + partner tech). - Make it easy for partners to resell/embed Bound
AI, bolt on OIP staff augmentation and underwriting services, and pull us into modernization / digital programs as the execution arm. - Build a partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline for Bound
AI licenses and usage, SI/implementation work, BPO / underwriting ops. - Work side‑by‑side with Sales and Delivery on target lists by partner and joint account plans.
- Run a simple but ruthless cadence – weekly partner standup (pipeline, blockers, next moves), quarterly business reviews with key partners.
- Sync and push across
- Sales – what to pitch, how to position us in joint deals
- Product and Engineering – what to integrate, where, and why
- Delivery / BPO – how services wrap around the tech
- Marketing – co‑branded stories, campaigns, events
- Translate between worlds – product language ↔ sales language ↔ partner language.
- Push for native integrations and not just “we can always build an API”.
- Co‑create partner‑aligned content – case studies, reference wins, demo flows, webinars, and conference panels where we show up together.
- Put Bound
AI + OIP Insurtech on the map at insurtech and core platform events, and partner roadshows and user groups.
Turn each win into an ecosystem signal: “If you run on X, you should be talking to Bound
AI + OIP.”
1)
You get judged on movement:
Revenue- ~$3M in partner‑sourced new revenue (Bound
AI, SI, BPO combined). - ~$6M in partner‑influenced pipeline.
- ≥25% of Bound
AI opportunities carrying a partner tag by the end of year one.
- 3–6 material partners activated (insurtechs, cores, SIs) where sales actually calls them.
- 3–6 new strategic technology partnerships per year, with clear GTM plans.
- Partner tiers, enablement, and the GTM program live within 120 days.
- Partner heatmap, enablement decks, and delivery playbooks shipped in first 90 days.
- 2–4 partner‑aligned events per year (joint panels, roadshows, webinars).
- 1–2 co‑branded wins/case studies per quarter.
You don’t have to tick every box, but this is the shape:
- Insurtech or insurance‑adjacent background – you know carriers/MGAs/program admins, you’re not learning the words from scratch.
- 7+ years in partnerships/alliances/GTM/platform roles at insurtechs, core platforms, SIs, or high‑growth B2B SaaS with strong ecosystems.
- You’re comfortable with joint solution design (you can whiteboard how systems talk), commercial structuring (referral/rev share / co‑sell), and navigating multi‑stakeholder politics on both sides.
- Number of vacation days: 21 vacation days annually, eligible after 90 days, in addition to US Public holidays
- Remote setup (USA) with travel
- Additional Benefits:
- Industry events
- 401(k):
As part of your employment, you will be eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after one year of service. - Health insurance:
As part of your employment, you and your eligible family members (spouse and children) will receive 100% company‑paid medical and dental insurance coverage through United Healthcare.
