Senior ERP Developer for People Soft Work

Schedule:
Monday – Thursday 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM 38-hour work week (9.5 hours/day - .5 unpaid lunch) = 10-hour work days
Contract:
6 months (Possibility of Extension)
We are looking for a Senior ERP Developer (People Soft) to join our team. This role will focus on providing daily support for Henderson’s HCM and FCM People Soft applications, including customizations. The developer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of People Soft application functionality—covering analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. In addition, the position requires delivering weekly status updates on assigned tasks and support tickets.
- Provide daily support for People Soft HCM and FCM applications.
- Troubleshoot and fix system, application, and database issues.
- Develop, modify, and maintain People Soft customizations, reports, and queries.
- Design, code, test, and implement enhancements using People Tools, SQR, BI Publisher, and PL/SQL.
- Support integrations and data flows between People Soft modules and other systems.
- Document technical designs, processes, and system procedures.
- Assist functional teams and end-users with technical issues and questions.
- Prepare weekly updates on assigned tasks and support tickets.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Create reports, queries, and automated notifications as needed
- Four (4) years of experience in the design, implementation, and support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.
- Hands‑on experience with PL/SQL tools.
