Paysign is seeking a talented and technically adept Product Analyst with a background in pharmacy, claims processing, or financial services to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Software Development Lead, this is a full‑time position located in Las Vegas, NV.
This position plays a vital role in supporting the product lifecycle by gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business and functional requirements. The Product Analyst will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to align product development efforts with business goals, ensure clarity in requirements, and drive continuous improvement in product offerings.
As a Product Analyst, you will leverage your technical and analytical skills to understand end‑user needs, translate business requirements into actionable insights, and partner with development teams to ensure successful implementation. This role is ideal for individuals looking to deepen their expertise in technology services and product management.
Key Responsibilities- Gathering and Documentation:
Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to define and document product requirements for the financial services industry, with a focus on digital banking, payment processing, and customer experience. - Communication & Coordination:
Demonstrate excellent communication skills while coordinating and project‑managing activities with both internal and external stakeholders. - Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, pain points, and opportunities to inform product innovation and enhancements. - Requirements Prioritization:
Gather, document, and prioritize requirements, use stories, and acceptance criteria to align with Paysign’s business objectives and user needs. - Product Design
Collaboration:
Assist in developing wireframes, prototypes, and product specifications to ensure complex business requirements are accurately captured and aligned with product strategy. - Agile Support:
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming, to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented. - Quality Assurance
Collaboration:
Partner with QA teams to review test plans and validate that all requirements are met and quality standards are achieved. - Product Performance Monitoring:
Track product performance, collect post‑release feedback, and leverage data‑driven insights to recommend and prioritize enhancements. - Technical Acumen Development:
Build familiarity with system architecture, APIs, and data models to improve requirements quality and anticipate technical considerations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, ideally with experience in financial services, digital payments, or fintech.

Skills:
Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable specifications that drive product success. - Proficiency in Agile Methodologies:
Experience working within Agile development teams, participating in ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog grooming. - Excellent Communication
Skills:
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity in requirements. - Experience with Product Management Tools:
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Aha! for requirements management and collaboration. - Basic UX/UI Knowledge:
Ability to work with designers on product mockups and wireframes to create user‑friendly experiences.
- Background in the prepaid industry, patient affordability industry, mobile applications, or SaaS platforms is highly preferred.
- Understanding data modeling and system architecture.
- Strong cross‑functional experience bridging business and technical teams.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and product development methodologies.
